Your order will be delivered through UPS/DHL Worldwide Express.Please allow us 24 hours to check your payment and charge your payment.
ALLorders will be shipped out through UPS/DHL express. After your payment was charged,we'll have 2-3 business days to prepare your items because every item is hand-made after we receiver your order.(Custom-made items need 7 business days). You will also immediately receive an email of delivery status from us when your order is shipped out .Usually it will take another 3 business days for UPS/DHL Delivery to reach your hand.Normally you can enjoy your sellections in 6-7 business days after you place an order on Eccee.com(Custom-made orders need 3-4 days more).
The receiver should be responsible for bill duties and taxes (dutiable shipments only) which usually seldom happen when you shop at Eccee.com.
In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail or by phone and informed the reason for the delay.
